We cannot take responsibility for incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by a customer that will cause any issues of delivery. Please ensure your address is correct on submitting an order.

Deliveries to Switzerland, Norway, Iceland, Lichenstein cannot be sent with duties and taxes paid due to these countries being outside the EU and having their own tax laws. UNDELIVERABLE ORDERS

In the event that your order cannot be delivered, due to incorrect information or missed deliveries these orders will be returned to us at the courier services discretion.

Once your order has been returned to us you will be contacted.

Customers are responsible for any additional shipping charges for redelivery.

IMPORT CHARGES

All duties and taxes are covered to the EU after Brexit. These are pre-paid by us and there is no delay or extra cost on your order.

USA all taxes are also covered up to $800.

ROW, Canada, Norway and Switzerland have independent tax laws and may be subject to import costs on delivery.

RETURNS INFORMATION

Please download and print our returns form here - as a small independent brand we appreciate the compliance and understanding of our policy, with many thanks. 

All required information and address is on this returns form.

The last thing we want is for our customers to be unhappy with one of our products, but if for some reason you are then we are happy to exchange the item/ supply store credit within 30 days or refund within 14 days of the original order delivery.

Sale items are subject to exchange or store credit only, due to be low inventory discontinued styles.

The order must be sent back in the condition it was received, in its sent garment bag, completely unworn with the original tag and receipt with a note detailing the return reason and request.

Ensure on the form the detailing of the return (exchange or refund, reason and date of return) must be written on the original invoice received in the package.

Please return the item in the same / similar packaging and folded in a similar way it arrived.

If an order is returned for a refund and goes under the £100 value, please ensure the tote bag is returned (or it can be kept for a £12 charge, please mark 'keeping tote bag under £100 if so').

Any discount codes that are used / or if the free shipping amount becomes invalid it will be automatically deducted from the refund value.

Unfortunately as a small independent company, we do not have the capacity for free returns labels, however you can arrange the most convenient tracked shipping method or we care happy to help on the customer CS email below if required.

We try to process returns the fastest we can, but please allow us 5-7 working days to process returns from delivery back. You will always be emailed on the processing of your return, whether it be refund, exchange or store credit.

EXCHANGES

You have 30 days to return for an exchange. For an exchange we will cover your shipping back out on the correct size (return shipping to us must be paid by the customer) - jus detail your exchanged item and we will process this at the quickest to get the correct item out to you.

STORE CREDIT

You have 30 days to return for full store credit of the items value. This store credit can be used on any items or future order at any time. It will not expire.

The store credit can be used multiple times until fully redeemed. A fully flexible option to re-purchase or provide confidence when buying a gift.

REFUNDS

We sincerely hope that you are satisfied with your bound products.

If a refund is required, please send your item back in its original packaging and garment bag (please ensure barcode matches the garment) within 14 days of the delivery to you.

The garment must be unworn with tags still intact.
