why daily sustain?
It was important for us, alongside our extended variation of premium apparel goods, to offer those staple pieces you wear everyday. We appreciate the bound community look for quality, it was important to us to offer both that and for lasting pieces that are consciously made for an easy repeat purchase.
PHASE 02
sustainability + factory
- Based in Portugal.
- We use only the best in organic cotton and recycled polyester yarns to create the fabric.
- The garment dyeing process uses natural bacteria and not chemicals.
- Our factory is run fully by solar panels and therefore renewed energy. It also uses electric vans for transportation.
- Packaging is made from recycled card and plant based bamboo garment bags.

All fabrics are a premium midweight, not designed to be overly heavy for any situation and made for continued comfort.
Every garment is pre-washed, to minimise any shrinkage and ensure the continued wear throughout.
Tshirts are 100% organic cotton at 260gsm.
Sweaters, Hoodies and Joggers are 80% organic cotton and 20% recycled polyester at 360gsm.
Ribbed vest is stretch organic cotton, the perfect under vest for styling.
Same colour stitch embroidery is used to minimally brand the garments.

carbon footprint in business
We can't be perfect when it comes to sustainability, as a small 3 man team. We have spent a lot of time and effort to do our very best, where we can in regards to our carbon footprint as a business.
This project took a lot of research, development and decisions over time. Working closely with this Portugal factory, all our print and embroidery will come from local family run businesses.
We wanted to make sure, on these types of uniform goods, they had the most minimal impact possible whilst still showcasing that bound quality people have got to know and love.
