What’s the bound Return Policy?
The last thing we want is for our customers to be unhappy with one of our products, but if for some reason you are then we are happy to exchange the item/ supply store credit within 21 days or refund within 14 days of the original order. Sale items are subject to exchange or store credit only. The order must be sent back in the condition it was received, completely unworn with the original tag and receipt with a note detailing the return reason and request.
Any discount codes that are used / become invalid will be automatically deducted from the refund value. We are also not able to refund any duties and taxes paid on international orders.
Please email to arrange a return, the detailing of the return must be written on the original invoice received in the package.
Do You Ship Internationally?
Yes, every single country in fact. Note the shipping will cost more, but it will get to you safely without any worries. Read our delivery info here
What Forms Of Payment Do You Accept?
Currently we accept PayPal and all debit and credit cards (including Apple Pay Set up).
Can My Order Be Changed Or Cancelled?
Unfortunately not, once the order is sent it’s done. If you send us an email stating you want your item to be changed, as long as we haven’t already sent it out, we will work to best endeavours to try and sort something as long as it’s the same price. We do offer returns if you do for some reason want to cancel your order, this follows the returns policy stated above.
Only one discount can be used per order, if multiple discounts are used orders may subject to be cancelled.
