What’s the bound Return Policy?

The last thing we want is for our customers to be unhappy with one of our products, but if for some reason you are then we are happy to exchange the item/ supply store credit within 21 days or refund within 14 days of the original order. Sale items are subject to exchange or store credit only. The order must be sent back in the condition it was received, completely unworn with the original tag and receipt with a note detailing the return reason and request.
 
Any discount codes that are used / or if the free shipping amount becomes invalid it will be automatically deducted from the refund value. We are also not able to refund any duties and taxes paid on international orders.
 
Please email jake@wearebound.co.uk to arrange a return, the detailing of the return (exchange or refund, reason and date of return) must be written on the original invoice received in the package. Please return the item in the same / similar packaging and folded in a similar way it arrived. If an order is returned for a refund and goes under the £100 value, please ensure the tote bag is returned (or it can be kept for a £12 charge).

Do You Ship Internationally?

Yes, every single country in fact. It will get to you safely, fully tracked, without any worries. Read our delivery info here
You can now shop in your preferred currency on the site by using the currency selector tool on the header or footer.
If you are based in the EU, we ship using a DDP (duties paid) service so you will have no extra cost on delivery.

What Forms Of Payment Do You Accept?

Currently we accept PayPal and all debit and credit cards (including Apple Pay Set up).
Buy Now Pay Later...
You now have the option of staggered payments with Klarna and Clearpay.

Can My Order Be Changed Or Cancelled?

Unfortunately not, once the order is sent it’s done. If you send us an email stating you want your item to be changed, as long as we haven’t already sent it out, we will work to best endeavours to try and sort something as long as it’s the same price. We do offer returns if you do for some reason want to cancel your order, this follows the returns policy stated above.
Only one discount can be used per order, if multiple discounts are used orders may subject to be cancelled.
