What’s the bound Return Policy?

As a small independent brand we appreciate the compliance and understanding of our policy, with many thanks.
The last thing we want is for our customers to be unhappy with one of our products, but if for some reason you are then we are happy to exchange the item/ supply store credit within 30 days or refund within 14 days of the original orders delivery date.
Sale items are subject to exchange or store credit only.
The order must be sent back in the condition it was received, completely unworn with the original tag and receipt with a note detailing the return reason and request.
Any discount codes that are used / or if the free shipping amount becomes invalid it will be automatically deducted from the refund value.
We are also not able to refund any duties and taxes paid on international orders. Please email jack@wearebound.co.uk for any further help or questions.
Please return the item in the same / similar packaging and folded in a similar way it arrived.
Unfortunately as a small independent company, we do not have the capacity for free returns labels, however you can arrange the most convenient tracked shipping method or we care happy to help on the customer CS email below if required.
If an order is returned for a refund and goes under the £100 value, please ensure the tote bag is returned (or it can be kept for a £12 charge).
Do You Ship Internationally?
Yes, every single country in fact. It will get to you safely, fully tracked, without any worries.

You can now shop in your preferred currency on the site by using the currency selector tool on the header or footer.
If you are based in the EU, we ship using a DDP (duties paid) service so you will have no extra cost on delivery.
What Forms Of Payment Do You Accept?
Currently we accept PayPal and all debit and credit cards (including Apple Pay Set up). Buy Now Pay Later...
You now have the option of split payments with Klarna and Clearpay now available for most countries on checkout from UK, USA, Aus to to the EU.

Is bound sustainable?
As a small new brand, we have always worked to be the best we can. We have prioritised our quality and fabrics, which means we can't always use sustainable fabrics all the time, but we have worked very hard to do so as the brand has grown with collection 10.5 being over 50% of sustainable fabrics.
We have now made the move into a completely zero carbon and sustainable warehouse fulfilment centre. This is a further step we have made on our sustainability programme.
We have taken other steps to ensure all our controlabbles are sustainable, this includes new reusable plant based garment bags, fully biodegradable mail bags and the move to DPD who are a 'green' courier using electric vans and have an amazing sustainability promise.
